چکیده

BackgroundAccurate clinical staging of tumors with a small solid portion is essential for developing an appropriate treatment plan. This study evaluated predictive factors lymph node (LN) metastasis in patients stage I part-solid lung adenocarcinoma.MethodsMedical records adenocarcinoma who underwent anatomic pulmonary resection systematic evaluation between January 2009 and June 2018 were retrospectively reviewed. To identify LN metastasis, univariate multivariable logistic regression analyses performed.ResultsAmong the 593 this study, overall prevalence was 3.7% (n = 22), which included 3.0% 18) N1 1.5% 9) N2 metastasis. Combined nodal involvement observed 5 patients. Nodal not sized 1.1 cm or smaller. The rates cT1b, cT1c, cT2a 5.5% (13 237), 7.1% (6 84), 13.6% (3 respectively. According to analysis, size (P .015) high maximum standardized uptake value (SUVmax) primary tumor .044).ConclusionsLarge SUVmax adenocarcinoma. Systematic should be performed, especially those have large tumor. Accurate Medical performed. Among .044). Large

Predictive Factors for Lymph Node Metastasis in Submucosal Gastric Cancer

Purpose: Lymph node metastasis is an important prognostic factor in patients with early gastric cancer. Therefore, we analyzed the predictive factors for lymph node metastasis in submucosal gastric cancer and explored the feasibility of minimally invasive surgery. Methods: The clinicopathological features of 317 patients with submucosal gastric cancer, who underwent radical gastrectomy with lym...

[Factors predictive of retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis in endometrial cancer].

INTRODUCTION It has been suggested that a complete staging may be safely omitted in endometrial carcinoma patients at low risk for lymph node metastasis. The purposes of our study were to explore the prognostic significance of pathologic factors for pelvic and paraaortic nodal spread and to validate the Mayo algorithm in order to identify patients in whom lymphadenectomy may be avoided. MATER...

The predictive factors for lymph node metastasis in early gastric cancer: A clinical study

OBJECTIVE To detect the clinicopathological factors associated with lymph node metastases in early gastric cancer. METHODS We retrospectively evaluated the distribution of metastatic nodes in 198 patients with early gastric cancer treated in our hospital between May 2008 and January 2015, the clinicopathological factors including age, gender, tumor location, tumor size, macroscopic type, dept...

Blind spot in lung cancer lymph node metastasis: Cross‐lobe peripheral lymph node metastasis in early stage patients

BACKGROUND At present, it has not yet been determined whether metastasis can be transferred cross-lobe to peripheral lymph nodes (LNs) from other lobes in early stages of lung cancer, especially without any direct involvement to the pleura and parenchyma of the lobe. This study was conducted to investigate this issue. METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted at the Chinese Academy of Me...

Galectin-4, a Novel Predictor for Lymph Node Metastasis in Lung Adenocarcinoma

Metastasis is still a major issue in cancer, and the discovery of biomarkers predicting metastatic capacity is essential for the development of better therapeutic strategies for treating lung adenocarcinoma. By using a proteomic approach, we aimed to identify novel predictors for lymph node metastasis in lung adenocarcinoma. Two-dimensional sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophore...
